Shipping & Returns
Currently we are only shipping within the US. Every shipment is insured. Once it has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you know when it will arrive. Spiders & Birds is not responsible for damage during shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept cancellations, once an order has been placed. Your lamp will be made as soon as payment has been received. If you are not happy with the product (Oh, no!), please let us know what the problem is. You can return it 30 days after receiving it and receive a refund. You will be responsible for any fees connected to return shipment.
